Returns and Cancellation Policy

 

Due to the personal nature of some of our products we do not do any exchanges, refunds, or returns on opened personal hygiene items. Purchases made at Delisstudios.com can be returned within 30 DAYS of the original purchase date for merchandise in its original condition, we will provide a refund in the original form of payment with your original packing slip. We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If there was an error in your online order you have 15 DAYS from the day you received your purchase to contact Delis Studios regarding your order’s error. Proof of purchase is REQUIRED for all orders regarding Customer Service attention.
